Hope Embraced is a licensed agency that specializes in domestic adoptions, home study services, and creating adoptive parent profiles. Hope Embraced provides adoption education and preparation for adoptive families and birth parents. Hope Embraced also provides services such as referral services, birth parent relinquishments, and pre and post-adoption investigations. Hope Embraced staff members bring a unique perspective to the adoption spectrum as they have a former birth mom, adoptive parents, single mom, and adoptee who work closely with adoptive parents and birth parents throughout the entire adoption process and after placement.
New Hope Foster Care Program:
Single or “Dual Licensing” for Foster Care Program for South Carolina Families – Hope Embraced is working with the state for placements for foster or possible foster-to-adopt situations of children needing care. Some families have chosen to get a home study for both private adoption and foster placements. This will cover both types of cases that come up and could potentially lead to an adoption if a foster case becomes available as well.
Our Director of Foster Care overseeing this program has a Doctorate in Traumatology and can help families with counseling and guidance for transition and any potential issues that families may face with the specifics that would be with each case. We are also currently licensed to oversee foster families and child placements. So, these things could work hand in hand.

Outreach/Back-Up Program List:
We love having the opportunity to work with adoptive parents. This arrangement is for families that want to work with Hope Embraced but understand the main client list is currently full. A family will only be consulted about cases when all full clients have been given the opportunity to be shown the adoption opportunity. They could also be shown if the birth mom has requests that do not match up with any active full clients.
